Welcome to the "official" site of Focus - the workshop.
I ended up with a mandate to do this site .... Sometimes you just cant avoid work hitting out at you can you? ;)
I originally planned to make this a nice sleek and sexy site - happy photos and all of that - really to sell the workshop to people who visit this site.
I'd have converted the invite to an HTML and put it up.
But then I decided otherwise.
Focus anyways is open only to a close circle. So why not instead make you a part of the action, as we try to create the ultimate learning experience ... we're working hard on it, so we'll talk about all of that through this site.
For now I want to remove my photo out of this page - NO MORE PERSONAL BRANDING FOR US!!!!
This workshop is a product of three minds, and thats wat it should be....
Any suggestions on how do we do that?

hey guys,
i read ur invite as well as the blogs....
i really like wat u guys r doing....i m an mba too.....
but the whole concept of FOCUS is a bit vague to me......
wud appreciate if i cud learn more...now dont tell me dat i need to attend the session at alibag for dat!

lemme try and explain in MBA terms :)
Focus will do 2 things
1. Help you identify your core competency as an individual
2. Help you build a life strategy where you align your career and life to that core competency
instead of spending time and energy to figure by making mistakes, a best practices sharing session that will help people basically reduce the proverbial "learning curve" of success.....
